Packed with natural cooling agents and health-boosting ingredients, this traditional drink keeps you hydrated and energized 🙏

What You Need:
🥛 Plain Yogurt – 2 cups
🧅 Onion – ½ (chopped)
🍅 Tomato – ½ (chopped)
🌿 Curry Leaves – A few
🌱 Coriander Leaves – ½ handful
🫚 Ginger – 1 inch (peeled)
🌾 Cumin Seeds – ¼ teaspoon
✨ Turmeric – ¼ teaspoon
🧂 Salt – ½ teaspoon
💧 Water – 750 ml

Make it and enjoy !

  1. Chop the onions and tomatoes into small pieces.

  2. Peel the ginger.

  3. Add all the ingredients into a mixer grinder.

  4. Blend well until smooth.

  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

This age-old remedy was Pritha’s grandma’s secret to keeping their family refreshed and hydrated during scorching summers. She ensured they had this drink every other day after lunch, protecting them from heatwaves and dehydration. Now, it’s your turn to sip and stay cool! 🌿❄️🥤
